About the RenaissanceRe Scholarship
The scholarship award is open to students who are Bermudian or have PRC or BOTC status. Criteria for selection include academic excellence, demonstrated leadership experience, and community engagement and service. The award is valued at $25,000 per year for up to four years.

2026 RenaissanceRe Scholarship Recipients
Anaya West (left) and Eli Carpol (right) are our 2026 RenaissanceRe Undergraduate Scholarship recipients.
Anaya is attending Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, to study Applied Computer Science. He is passionate about technology and lifelong learning, with interests spanning software development, cricket, track and field, and gaming. Anaya hopes to build a career in software engineering while developing the business and leadership skills to pursue future entrepreneurial ventures.
Eli is attending Texas Christian University to study Marketing and Communications, following his education Suffield Academy in Connecticut. He enjoys squash, golf, and spending time with family and friends at the beach. Grateful for the scholarship’s support, Eli looks forward to the opportunities it will bring as he begins his university journey.

We hold dynamic internship programs across our global offices in a variety of specialties. These experiences provide interns with valuable insights about the reinsurance industry and practical knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Throughout the course of their internship, interns engage in hands-on projects, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and develop skills in their chosen field.
